1. How did you find out about the book and the web site?
I saw someone reading it in the library, and at that stage I was just looking at getting a mortgage, so i jotted down the title and had a look for it in a bookshop. The website i got from your book.2. What encouraged you to purchase?
It was perfect timing really, as I was looking to buy a home and was trying to figure out what mortgage was best for me. and definitely the title intrigued me.
3. After reading the book, what ideas were the most helpful?
Saving on mortgage payments so I can pay it off earlier and not pay as much interest and knowing the differences about floating mortgages and fixed mortgages and what’s going to work best for me.
4. What strategies have you been able to put into action since reading?
I used your charts to work out what I could afford and how quickly that was going to allow me to pay my mortgage off. I had the confidence to TELL my mortgage broker what type of loan I wanted, rather than be advised.
I used the charts to help me work out what I could afford to pay in order to pay the mortgage off quicker, and I have put that into action. I have no stress about the mortgage I have taken and am relieved that my mortgage will be paid off in 10 years.
5. Have you and would you recommended the book to any others?
Yes most definitely I have recommended it to other people, and I would continue to
